EXPLORING INTIMACY
2023

THE PROJECT
In this project, interviews were conducted with six participants about their biographies and their understanding of the concept of intimacy. I have illustrated these and compiled them in a publication - a collective diary.

The series aims to expose a melancholic shadow, a faceless, ageless, genderless being with no clear boundary to it’s expansion or contraction. It molds and stretches to fit it’s surroundings and becomes easily entangled when in contact with others of it’s kind. It craves connection but is also afraid of it, knowing that every touch means being reshaped - either leaving an indentation or turning it into something unrecognisable and abstract.

Some of the drawings from this Series were published in MÖBIUS Zine, were Part of the DIWO / Half Past now Exhibition in Glasgow, the “I can Pay For the Roses” Exhibition in Groningen at ORKZ, as well as in Potsdam at Kunsthaus Sans Titre and 11-Line.

ENDLESS REASONS
2024
This project was created in collaboration with Franka Geiser and deals with the topics of consent and Desire.
In conversations with several acquaintances, we noticed that many people often regret having had sex even though they initially consented.
There are many reasons that people give for their yeses. We collect, illustrate and publish these on the Instagram account @end.lessreasons

BRAND ILLUSTRATION
2023

THE PROJECT
These graphics were designed to define the brand image of a company. They sadly ended up not being used, but i’m looking forward to playing with them more.
